Ballarat, Wednesday June 18th or Naracoorte, Thursday June 19th
These days are run in collaboration with MLA and local processors CRF and Tatiara Meat Company
The days run from 9am to 3pm and will cover new aspects in lamb production, sire and dam selection, processing and consumer trends to assist producers and processors meet emerging market and production efficiency requirements Representatives from the food and retail industry will also demonstrate & discuss what consumers want.
